Tools to align tap foutain (developed in Ethiopia)

This short note is a description of two tools that have been designed to help in the construction of tap fountains (according to the design used by Inter Aide in its programmes of gravity fed systems construction) :

–          one is ensuring that the inlet and outlet pipes are aligned correctly, 

–          the second one is ensuring that water from the exit elbow falls to the outlet, without overflow on the slab.

Those two tools have to be used when fixing the pipes and before the concrete. And they are of course removable and reusable.
