In addition to these documents related to the networks themselves, Inter Aide and partners are also using other documents or tools for:

  • Formalizing collaboration with Water District Officer and make official the development of these networks:
    • Memorandum of Understanding
  • monitoring the effects of the maintenance services and their qualities:
    •  Water points surveys

  • reinforcing, improving the coordination with other partners and/or building capacities:
    • Memorandum of Understanding for collaboration with other NGOs
      • in order to ensure that they will pass by Area Mechanics for rehabilitation
      • in order to avoid duplication and competition in the creation of AMs or spare parts retailers
    • Memorandum of Understanding with DHOs
      • In order to initiate the hand-over of the networks monitoring to Water Department.
